First Trailer for Carmageddon: Rogue Shift Released

During the PC Gaming Show Most Wanted 2025 presentation, Carmageddon: Rogue Shift received its full announcement. The developers also dropped a gameplay trailer and the very first screenshots.

Carmageddon: Rogue Shift is a survival racing game with roguelite elements, set in a post-apocalyptic world in the year 2050. Following World War III and devastating natural disasters, the planet has been transformed into a mutant-infested wasteland. Players will compete in a deadly race, with the winner earning a chance to reach the last remaining spaceport and escape the dying world. The developers state that the game will feature 15 upgradeable vehicles, 13 weapon types (including a shotgun and a railgun), a dynamic weather and day/night cycle, boss encounters, and a fully destructible environment system.

Minimum System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10;
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X;
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM;
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2060, AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, or Intel Arc A380;
  • DirectX: Version 12;
  • Storage: 35 GB available space.

Recommended System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 11;
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-12700K or AMD Ryzen 7 5800X;
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM;
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT;
  • DirectX: Version 12;
  • Storage: 50 GB available space.

The game is slated for release in early 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
