New Zenless Zone Zero Trailer Spotlights Banyue

The free-to-play action RPG Zenless Zone Zero has just dropped another trailer, this time focusing on the new five-star character, Banyue, who will be available in the second half of Version 2.4.

Banyue is an S-rank agent with a Destruction specialty and a Fire attribute, hailing from the Krampus Compliance Authority faction. Upon activating her ultimate ability, the character ascends into the air, unleashing a flurry of fiery attacks on foes. Banyue's Signature Amplifer is called Formidable Guard, and it boosts HP, critical hit chance, and fire penetration damage.

Additionally, the developers have teased upcoming characters from the Angels of Delusion faction.

Version 2.4's update also includes the S-rank character Dialyn, also from the Krampus Compliance Authority faction, alongside two new Bangboo, additional Amplifers, new main storyline quests, and various in-game events.

Previously, cosplayer ashenReina showcased her take on the mouse-girl Jane Doe from Zenless Zone Zero. Prior to that, the game received an award at the PlayStation Partner Awards 2025 Japan/Asia.
