The woman will ask you to persuade Brodyaga to surrender, after which the dialogue will end.

Head to the cryptobiology lab checkpoint. Just before entering the main hall, turn left and continue. You will be met by a Warta soldier who will point to Dubny — Brodyaga's man. You need to go down to the room with the armed people and talk to Dubny. During the conversation, Skif will have another choice to support Dubny or Warta. This will affect the factions' attitude towards the hero, and there are many more Wardens in the institute, so Brodyaga's people will face more serious resistance. However, we still supported them.
