Blue Prince Tomb Statue Puzzle Solution
The Tomb in Blue Prince is an outer room where players will find many non-obvious puzzles. By solving them, you will increase your starting capital, learn a lot of additional information that will help with other puzzles, and also open a shortcut to the Basement, where the lever to open Room 46 is located. In this guide, we will tell you how to activate the lamps and in what order to press the statues, and we will also share the book found if you like to solve puzzles without a detailed guide.

Upon opening the Tomb, you will receive an additional 5 coins for each room opened with one door. These coins can be collected on the pedestal in the Tomb. Additionally, there are several hidden rooms in this room where valuable rewards are located.
How to Open the Passage Behind the Statues
To open the passage to the Basement, you need to activate the statues in the correct order. This order is indicated in the Chapel on the stained glass windows, which can be opened in the mansion. Each stained glass will depict an angel, and below it, a Roman numeral from I to VII, which is the correct order for opening the passage.
To activate, you need to press the statue so that it lowers the item in its hand. If you did something wrong, return the hands to the upper position and try again. The correct order:
- Gardener — flat hat and hoe.
- Cook — cap and bread paddle.
- Farmer — cowboy hat and rake.
- Chimney Sweep — top hat and fuzzy brush.
- Maid — bonnet and broom.
- Jockey — smooth helmet and riding crop.
- Queen — crown and scepter.
After activation, a passage will open near the Queen. Going further, you will find another statue of Death. Lowering the scythe will open a shortcut to the Basement.
How to Open the Second Passage Behind the Statues
Exploring Room 46, you will find a will that indicates the correct order of angels, but only their names are marked (Orinda, Lydia, Rinna, Joy, Daudji, Veia, Mila, and Draxus). While exploring other rooms in the mansion, you will find notes describing each angel. By piecing together all the information, you can return to the Tomb and try the following combination:
- Orinda — queen with crown and scepter.
- Lydia — angel Jockey in a smooth helmet and riding crop.
- Rinna — gardener in a flat hat and with a hoe.
- Joy — cook, holding a bread paddle.
- Daudji — statue of farmer in a cowboy hat and with a rake.
- Veia — angel-chimney sweep in a top hat and with a fuzzy brush.
- Mila — maid in a bonnet and with a broom.
- Draxus — statue of reaper skeleton with a scythe, which you opened earlier.
By doing everything correctly, a passage will open behind the reaper. As a reward, you will receive the original manuscript of the Red Prince and a notebook with hints. We'll leave screenshots here so the hints are handy.
How to Activate the Lamps in the Tomb
Some candlesticks in the Tomb will have rubies. This means you can light the candles on them to activate the mechanism. For this, you will need the Burning Glass. To create it, you need to open the Workshop in the mansion and combine the Magnifying Glass and the Metal Detector there. We talked more about this item in another guide.
As a reward for opening all the rooms, you will receive a disc with an upgrade, a box with the Mora Djai puzzle, a letter, and a key to Lady Epsen's diary (it is located in the Main Bedroom).
