Renwood Hotel (Grace)

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

After the opening cutscene, Grace finds herself outside. Go forward along the road; on the right, you can check out the city guide. A bit further, look at the missing person notices on the wall. Once you reach the payphone, a cutscene will start and your objective will update.

Investigate the Crime Scene

Make your way forward between the buildings and turn left at the fork. When you reach the building, turn on your flashlight—it is not automatic in this game and has its own slot. Go through the door; on the right, there is an interactive object, a pull-out drawer. You can ignore it since there is nothing inside. On the left, there is another cabinet you can check. When you are ready, interact with the broken glass on the door.

Now you are at the crime scene. Open your inventory and read the investigation report. Turn the camera to the bar counter and find the photo of Grace attached to it. If you rotate the object, you will get the Room 204 Key.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Head forward to the restroom (there is nothing to do inside), turn right, and unlock the door with the key you just found. On the floor in the hallway, you will see the Hotel Brochure, and a bit further, behind the reception desk, there is a small room. In the desk drawer, pick up the Closure Notice. On the wall to the right, do not forget to grab the Hotel Map (1st Floor).

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

There is nothing else to investigate in the lobby, so go up the stairs to the second floor. At the top, check the table on the left and take the Wire Cutters from the toolbox. Use them on the double doors leading to the second-floor hallway. In the room, examine the photos of girls scattered on the bed—you can interact with one of them. At this point, the game jumps back eight years.

Escape the Hotel

Follow your mother down to the first floor and watch a few in-engine cutscenes. When they end, you will find yourself back in the same hotel room.

Find What Alyssa Hid

In Grace’s memory, you see a woman hiding a folder behind a painting on the first floor of the hotel. Go back downstairs, move the luggage cart, and interact with the painting. Inside, you will find Alyssa’s Diary and a mysterious Disk.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

The main character will get her sleeve caught on the cart—you need to hold down a button to break free while dodging the officer’s gunshots. Once you escape, Grace will automatically pick up the Emergency Exit Key from the floor. Soon, you’ll regain control. Head to the second floor and use the key on the exit door to the right.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Follow Victor (Leon)

Now you take control of Leon, who spots Victor carrying Grace. Move forward a bit and on the right, you can pick up a tracking module. Just like in previous RE games, when playing as Leon, you can kick or use a melee weapon on an enemy after temporarily disabling them.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Run to the intersection and pick up another tracking module on your right. In the open trunk of the van, you’ll see some green herb. At the next intersection, a crash will happen. You can ignore the zombies and keep moving forward until the next cutscene starts.

Rehabilitation Center (Grace)

At the start, you play as Grace Ashcroft. After a short cutscene, look around the room. You can interact with the desk lamp and read the Progress Notes. Also, under the couch where the main character was restrained, you’ll find blood stains. There’s some medical equipment you can examine as well.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

When you’re ready, exit through the only door and head right down the hallway. About halfway, you’ll find a switch—flip it to turn on the lights at the end of the corridor.

On the right side, you’ll pass two locked doors labeled 201 and 202. At the end, turn left and check the fuse box by the gate—one fuse is missing.

How to Find the Fuse

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

If you check the drawer of the dresser with the lamp on it, you’ll get the angel key. It opens the door to room 201, which you just passed.

Search the new room: under the cabinet on the right you’ll find some handgun ammo (9x19), and in the left cabinet, pick up an empty tape tin. Also, on the shelf in the dark room, you’ll find a lighter and a locked locker with a fuse inside. You’ll need to find a tool before you can get it.

Head back into the hallway and go in the opposite direction. At the fork by the window, turn right—you’ll see a door to the prep room slightly open. Go to the end of this room and try to open another door. A corpse will fall on the main character, and a cutscene will play.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Turn around and run out of the room. At the fork, go straight to return to the room where the main character woke up and where you started this section. You can just wait a bit: a monster will try to break in, but it seems the light hurts it, so the mutant will retreat.

Go back to the prep room and look around carefully. On the floor near the corpse, you’ll find a medical injector and a few empty cabinets. You’ll also spot a cart—push it to the cabinet on the right so you can climb up and grab the screwdriver from the toolbox.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

As soon as you pick up the story item, the mutant will enter the room. Move around it on the right, crawl under the table, and return to the safe room. If you want, you can head straight to room 201 since the light is on there too, which means the monster can’t follow you. At least until you pull the fuse from the box.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Use the screwdriver on the electrical box, take the fuse, and watch the cutscene. After that, get ready to run down the hallway to the right. Insert the fuse and watch another short in-engine cutscene, after which you’ll take control of Leon.

Rehabilitation Center (Leon)

Follow the woman, and after the cutscene, get ready to fight the infected. First, you’ll face a doctor with a chainsaw. Once you deal with him, more zombies will appear. It’s a good idea to pick up the chainsaw after the engine stops. After you’ve cleared the area, find the double locked door and open it with the chainsaw.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go up to the second floor and watch the cutscene.

Escape the Rehabilitation Center (Grace). How to Find the West Wing Keycard

Go down to the first floor and head through the hall to the far door on the right. Read the Note on the table, then open the only door here. After the cutscene, you’ll get the West Wing Keycard. Go back to the hall and use the card on the reader. At the fork, turn left, then take the first door on the right, which leads to the kitchen. There will be a single infected enemy here. You can avoid fighting by sneaking past with the cart.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Exit from the other side, ignore the infected in the hallway, and head left. In the dining hall, pick up the B934 Pistol from the floor on the right. Go to the end of the room and turn left into the only door there.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

On your way, check the nightstand and pick up the Antique Coin. Make your way to the door with the wheel and interact with it. The door will not open. There is an infected enemy behind you on the stairs. You can lure it away and run around to avoid taking damage.

How to Find the Moon Quartz

Go up to the second floor and grab the West Wing Map (2nd Floor) right by the stairs. Enter the door directly in front of you to reach the piano room. Run to the right, then enter the door on the right in the hallway. Turn on the light and take the Trinket Box next to the lamp. Open it to get the Red Gem.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

In the same room, interact with the vending machine in the opposite corner and solve the puzzle:

  • Select the Moon symbol
  • Sun symbol
  • Star symbol
  • Moon symbol again

This will open a safe containing the Moon Quartz.

Head back into the hallway and run to the turn, then go right. There will be another infected enemy here. Since you have no ammo, you can lure it into the nearby room and sneak around it. Use the white door to unlock a shortcut to the main hall.

The main door has three slots for gems. You already have the moon gem and can place it now. Two more to find: the sun and the star.

How to Find the Sun Quartz. How to Get the East Wing Keycard

Since you already have the red gem, go back to the west wing hallway and insert it into the first door on the right. In the far left corner of the room, there is a corpse missing a hand. The hand is nearby, and in its palm, you will find the East Wing Keycard.

When you decide to return to the hallway, you will hear footsteps from the infected patrolling the kitchen. You can hide behind the card table and wait for him to leave. Also, be sure to look around and pick up a few antique coins.

With these, you can open the locked cabinets in this room and get various valuable items. Since you found three coins, it is best to use them on the far left cabinet to get a bag that increases your inventory space.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go back to the main hall and use the keycard you just got on the door across the way. Here, run left, then go through the operating room where several zombies are waiting (you can just run past them), and turn on the lights in the hallway. If you go to the end of the corridor, you will find a room with lockers and a computer. On the table, you will find a Document, and you can also dodge the infected lurking in the hallway.

You need to leave this room and keep going down the hallway until you see a group of zombies coming around the corner. You can run past them too: just get close enough for them to notice you, then stick to the left wall and sprint toward them.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go up the stairs—by the door on the right you will find the East Wing Map (2nd Floor). Enter the lead researcher's office and behind the desk you will see another vending machine with a safe. You cannot use it yet, since you will need acid to break the lock.

How to Find the Identification Bracelet (Level 1)

On the table across from the vending machine, read the note. You cannot interact with the vending machine for now. Go back into the hallway and check the girl's corpse on the left. You will get the Identification Bracelet (Level 1).

Head down to the first floor and go through the operating room into the main hall. All the infected will still be in their places, so you will need to find paths and distract them to survive.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Use the bracelet on the locked gate on the first floor, which is near the door to the kitchen. Once you open it, pick up the Green Herb—this will come in handy if you took damage from zombies earlier.

To your left is a safe room. On the table next to the typewriter, check the toolbox—inside you will find a Wrench. You can also find a Lockpick and Crafting Materials here.

How to Solve the Organ Transport Box Puzzle. How to Find the Identification Bracelet (Level 2)

Leave the room and head left, down to the basement. Find the organ transport case. To open it, use this combination:

  • Switch "2" (or 1)
  • Switch "5" (or 4)
  • Raise the slider on the right to the center mark
  • Flip the switch to "Manual," then set it back to "Auto"

This will get you the Artificial Lungs. At the end of the room, break the wooden crate and grab the handgun ammo—it will be useful right away.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

As soon as you try to head back to the door, a zombie on a heavy excavator will drive into the basement. Shoot it in the head to take it down. Before leaving the basement, check the passage on the right where a black car is parked. There are several wooden crates here, which often contain Green Herb.

Head toward the safe room. Across from it, there’s a staircase leading to the second floor. Under the stairs, you’ll find a wooden crate with Ammo. On the second floor, search the office area—you’ll find several Notes, an Empty Bottle, and a passage to the next wing.

Exit from the other side of the office; in the hallway on your right, an infected enemy will be waiting. Go down one flight of stairs, but don’t rush—it's safer to wait until the butcher passes by in the hallway before you move on.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Use the wrench on the door with the wheel that you tried to open earlier. Take the Artificial Heart and Crafting Materials. Right at this moment, the butcher will start butchering a body in the dining room. This is a good chance to sneak past him and return to the main hall unnoticed.

Now you need to get to the operating room in the east wing on the first floor, where you’ve already been. Here, you’ll find a body with a Identification Bracelet (Level 2). Use the lungs and heart you found earlier on it, and soon the body will come to life—you’ll have to kill the infected. You can also find a Hemolytic Injector on one of the tables here, which can be used to cure infection or silently neutralize zombies.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

How to Find the Acid Vial

All that’s left is to reach the far end of the east wing, but a new giant monster blocks the way, having come down from the second floor. It patrols the hallway, so wait for it to move away, then dash to the computer room before continuing. While you wait, you can check the storage room, which opens with the bracelet. Inside, you’ll find Green Herb, a Note, and a few other items you won’t need right now.

When the mutant heads further down the hallway, it’s best to hide behind the flowerbed. Wait until it moves toward the operating room, then check the corridor. The first door on the right is now open—go in and use the bracelet on the office door. On the desk, pick up Ammo and Crafting Materials. With two units of materials, you can craft a Knife to defend yourself from infected enemies.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go to the end of the hallway and head up the stairs to the office where you picked up the first bracelet. Now you can check the room with the lockers and read the story-related Note, which contains the code for the safe.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Enter the door next to the body and head into the conference room. As you enter, grab the antique coin from the table and deal with the three infected who will wake up as soon as you step inside. One of them will drop a Hunting Knife.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

The last zombie can unleash a powerful scream, so it’s best to take him out quickly. Check the storage room and collect useful items: the legendary tracker module, another antique coin, a Note on the table, and a vial of Corrosive Acid. Now head back to the office on the second floor where you previously found the locked vending machine with the puzzle and the safe.

To solve the puzzle (the clue can be found in the photo on the desk):

  • Star
  • Sun
  • Moon
  • Sun

After opening the safe, check the Leather-bound Notebook (inside is a hint for opening the box with the artificial lungs) and the Sun Quartz.

How to Get the Star Quartz

Since you already found the artificial lungs and heart and used them on the body to get the level 2 access bracelet, you can go straight for the third gem. It’s in the east wing, in the security manager’s office. To get there, go down to the first floor and use the bracelet in the red-lit hall to open the gate.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go through the hallway and find the room with normal lighting. Here you can pick up Notes and Crafting Materials, and also find the door to the manager’s office. Check the diary on the desk for a hint to the final puzzle vending machine.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

How to Get the Identification Bracelet (Level 3)

The hint is not useful yet, since you need to complete another task first. After you interact with the vending machine, watch the cutscene. When it ends, you’ll get the Identification Bracelet (Level 3).

Go back through the red hall to the main hall. You can get there either through the operating room or along the left side past the safe room.

Tip: A group of zombies will appear in the previously locked area. Make sure to lure them into the red hall—this will help you deal with them later. If you don’t, they’ll be waiting in the hallway before the office, making it much harder to return while carrying the girl.

Insert the second gem you found into the door to free up some inventory space, then head to the room with the child you saw earlier when you got the West Wing keycard.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Keep in mind that the heroine is very vulnerable while carrying Emily. When you’re holding the girl, you can’t use weapons or dodge properly, so if you want to clear the path, leave the girl in the security room first.

Head to the east wing through the double doors you unlocked from the other side earlier (past the safe room). There will be three infected here. You can avoid them by sticking to the right—if you try the left side, you’ll take damage.

Once you reach the red hall, a giant monster will appear. Turn around, run up to the second floor, hide in the office, and wait until it moves away.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Now your goal is to survive for a certain amount of time while waves of infected appear. When you’re ready, go back for the girl.

After the cutscene, you’ll find yourself in a new area and the objective will update. But as soon as you go underground, control will switch to Leon.

Find Viktor’s Office (Leon)

The hero wakes up in an unfamiliar place. Move forward a bit to find a terminal where you can buy and upgrade weapons. Further down the hallway, there’s a wooden crate with shotgun shells. Go up a bit more and pick up a note about suppressing hunger.

Tip: It’s recommended to take the shotgun, since you’ll need it in just a few minutes.

Squeeze between the lockers and find the same giant mutant that was patrolling the first floor of the rehabilitation center. Take it down—shoot it in the head with the shotgun, and when it’s stunned, finish it off with the axe.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

When it’s dead, search its remains to find a Hand Grenade. Before you leave, check the area carefully—there are plenty of shotgun and handgun shells here.

Before the stairs, you can break open a wooden cabinet with the axe to read a Note. After leaving the attic, you’ll be on the second floor of the West Wing, where you previously picked up the Moon Quartz as Grace. Go left down the hallway and break open another cabinet—inside are shotgun shells, a tracking module (standard), and a Note.

In the piano room, there will be several infected. It’s best to save your ammo—sneak up behind them and use the axe. This is effective and helps you conserve bullets. Besides the regular zombies, there’s also a "singer" in the hallway. You can’t take her out stealthily, so use any weapon you have.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go out into the hallway and turn left (the stairs to the right lead to the first and third floors). If you opened the shortcut here as Grace, Leon can now pass through the offices. The archive room door is now open in the office. Check it out, read the Note, open the cabinet to collect shotgun shells, and destroy Mr. Raccoon (we have a separate guide for these toys).

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Head back into the hallway and take the stairs up to the third floor. Right by the stairs, a kamikaze zombie will be waiting. Shoot the barrel in his hands ahead of time to avoid taking damage. From this point on, you need to move quickly—zombies from the lower floors will be drawn to the sound of the explosion. Pick up ammo along the way and hack the double doors leading to Viktor’s office.

Run straight into the far room on the left, grabbing ammo as you go. Check the painting on the wall and interact with the lever.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Once you pull the lever, the infected will start to wake up and attack Leon. They’ll look more like mutants than regular zombies—these versions have more health, move faster, and deal more damage.

After you deal with all of them, head back to the lever, where a secret door will have opened. Take the elevator down, and control will switch back to Grace.

Save Emily. How to Find 3 Connector Plugs. How to Get Star Quartz

After inspecting the locked grate, head down the only open corridor, sticking to the path. Soon, you'll reach some cells filled with infected—this is where a tense cutscene will start. Once it's over, don't forget to pick up the Plug (1)—you'll need it later.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Hide from the huge mutant patrolling the corridors. Don’t rush—wait until he turns right, then quickly run in the opposite direction. Here, you'll find a slot for the plug—insert it to light up this dark part of the underground and unlock new areas.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Now a door will open on the left, but don’t hurry in—first, you’ll need a socket wrench. Take out the plug you just used and return to the very beginning of the route, where the chapter started. Insert the plug into the compartment along the way to open up a new passage.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

A door will open ahead, with a massive crate behind it. Push and slide the crate to clear the way forward. Turn right and check the toolbox—you’ll find a Socket Wrench inside, which is essential for progressing.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Return to the cell hall. On the left, you’ll see another slot for an electric plug, but the door here is still locked. Enter when you can and wait for the infected to leave for the next room—this way, you’ll save ammo and avoid unnecessary risk. Be sure to search the room later: you’ll find a Note and a Safe.

Pick up the Plug (2) and use the crawlspace opposite where it was to quickly get to another part of the area.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Now go back to the door where you left the first plug. On your way, take out some zombies, but don’t rush to grab the plug: if you do it now, the giant mutant will be able to move forward and get in your way. Instead, run through the passage under the green light and use the socket wrench you just found.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

To save precious time, insert one of the plugs right away, then go back and grab the second one. Once the lights are on again, run left and crawl into the pipe with the fan. Inside the vent, you’ll find Crafting Materials. Once you’re out on the other side, grab the Green Herb and climb up the vertical ladder to a new level.

At the end of the platform, near a body, find the Loader Key and activate the mechanism to clear the way forward.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

In the newly opened room, you'll find a Basement Map, ammo, and a Hip Pouch on the table—all of which will help you survive later on.

When you're ready, head back to the platform, but don't rush to grab Plug (3). Walk down the corridor where the path collapses in front of Grace, then crawl through the pipe on the right. At this point, a monster will appear. Get out on the other side and collect Plugs (1, 2).

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Move forward, reopen the passage where you already picked up the second plug, and repeat your actions. Now that you have the lift key, use it on the second device—this will unlock a shortcut for you.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Explore the room with the hanging bodies and be ready for surprise attacks—some of them will come to life as you get close. Before you use the lever, make sure to push the cart in the center of the room to clear some space.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Along the way, pick up some ammo and herb, then interact with the wheel to drain the pool. You can also find a Molotov cocktail here. Stay alert: after this, all the corpses in the pool will start coming back to life.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Stick close to the far edge of the pool until the mechanism grinds up the undead and the vertical ladder comes down, opening the way up. Now you can climb up and grab the last Plug (3). To escape, cross to the other side, crawl into the pipe with the fan, and slide down into the vat of liquid.

Here, interact with the switch on the electrical panel and take the elevator up. All that's left is to go back for the remaining story items.

First, it's a good idea to head to the manipulator you activated with the key a short while ago. If you haven't dealt with the zombie here, stun it and grab the Plug.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

As soon as you do this, a giant monster will appear behind you. Ignore it and crawl through the hole in the wall. Climb onto the crate here, jump over the wall into the corridor, and then pick up the second Plug in the central part of the basement.

Now you should have all three story items in your inventory. Go back to the device where you picked up the very first one, insert all three, and watch a short cutscene.

Escape via the Elevator

After the cutscene, you'll be carrying the girl. Run forward and immediately turn left. Zombies will appear from the central passage, so when you get close, turn left again.

Follow the corridor to the end and get in the elevator. Once the girl is on the floor, move the bags and get ready to press the on-screen buttons when the giant attacks the elevator again. After you escape, you'll receive the Star Quartz in your inventory. Also, if you turn around and check the elevator, you'll find the Severed Hand. This item is connected to the Final Riddle, which you can solve with the help of this separate guide.

Find the Helicopter Key

After getting the last stone, insert it into the door and leave the building. Make sure you've explored all points of interest, as a point of no return is coming up. In the inner courtyard, you can pick up Green Herb and Improvised Knife right from the fountain. Head to the helipad and watch the next in-engine cutscene. When it's over, search the building.

In the large room, pick up the wine bottle and twist its top. This will give you the Double Helix Model, which needs to go into the stand in the center of the room. As soon as you do this, the room will turn into an elevator and descend to a lower level.

Go through the safe room, then follow the only route—through the lab. At the big door marked Exit, turn left, go up the stairs, then turn right and enter the door on the left. The Helicopter Key is on the table next to the monitor.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Pick up the story item and interact with the computer. The door on the left will open—go inside and watch a long cutscene. When it ends, an alarm will go off in the lab.

Escape the Research Center

Leave the safe room and head downstairs—some infected have already woken up here. There's no point fighting them, especially if you have a few knives saved. Just run past the two standing enemies and immediately turn left.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Ahead, there's a crawling enemy. If you choose not to use ammo, Grace will take a bit of damage, but it's not critical. When the shelf in front of you falls, get close to it. This will provoke the enemy on the right: he'll try to attack, get stuck on the cart, and after missing, you'll be able to slip by him easily.

Next, two more zombies will appear. Use your knife to defend yourself as they attack, then run to the double doors marked Exit.

Note: By following this tactic, you'll save not only a significant amount of ammo but also time on this segment.

When the central tank is destroyed, you'll find yourself on the opposite side of the corridor. Turn left and go up the stairs. Soon you'll make it outside, where a few more infected are waiting. Don't waste a second—climb through the window into the same building in front of the helicopter. After the cutscene, control will switch to Leon.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Save Grace (Leon)

Climb out the window from Victor's office, run across the roof, and reach the broken window. Here you'll find some rifle ammo. Load your weapon and step onto the balcony. Below, you'll see Grace holding a child, attacked by infected. Smash the wooden crate for more ammo, take aim, and shoot the undead.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

It's best to take out every zombie you can see, even those that look dead and aren't moving. Also, keep an eye on your magazine—if you run out of ammo at the wrong moment, the infected could knock Grace down, and you'll have to restart this segment.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Try not to blow up the red barrel too early. It's better to wait until more enemies gather and pause around it.

Defeat the Infected

Once Grace enters the building, jump over the railing and slide down the roof. There will be zombies here, but only fight the ones in your way.

After a short cutscene, the objective will update. The entrance to the chapel will be blocked by a giant monster with large growths on its body. These are the weak spots you should aim for. If you still have grenades, use them—throw one, then run up and hit with your foot or axe.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Try to take down the brute as quickly as possible. Don't forget to use the environment—there are explosive red tanks on both the first and second floors. Once the giant is defeated, all that's left is to clear out the remaining regular zombies.

Get to the Surface (Grace)

At the start of this segment, you're carrying the girl, so just run forward along the only path until a cutscene begins. After it's over, Grace will put the child down and you'll be free to explore the area.

After the next in-engine video, find the control panel—it has a green light. Press the button to update your objective.

Restart the Power Distribution Blocks (0/3)

From the control panel, run forward and then right. You'll find an elevator shaft—jump down. Right after, grab the ammo and get ready to face a familiar monster—the giant zombie that patrols this area.

First Power Distribution Block

Go around the monster on the left side and run into the door with the red light. Then head through the door on the right, where you'll find a Lever.

There's a metal shelf in the center of this room. Use it to trick the monster and quickly insert the lever into the control panel. As soon as you do, the power and lights will come on, forcing the zombie to back off.

If you rush into the room too quickly, the monster will disappear, and when you try to reach the control panel, the Girl will show up and push you, dealing some damage.

Second Power Distribution Block

Don't waste time: head back and cross the platform where the mutant was standing earlier. Turn right first, then left—you'll find the second control panel there. If you hesitated in the previous room, as soon as you try to approach it, the Girl will appear again. Let her hit you, then interact with the lever.

Third Power Distribution Block

From here, head to the central platform, then to the far left corner of the area. Look for the red glow as your guide. At the fork, the story takes you right, but first you need to turn on the nearby spotlight. You can also pick up some ammo here.

The last control panel is behind a grate, but just interacting with it won't be enough. After your first attempt, hold down the action button and keep it pressed until Grace pulls the lever.

If you don't make it in time, go back to the spotlight and wait for the Girl to get closer, then turn it on. As soon as you do, don't waste time—run straight to the switch.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Open the Roof Hatch

Now that the area is lit up, you can safely return to the elevator, go up, and interact with the hatch button again. When the zombie starts taking damage from the sunlight, fire a few shots at the enemy and watch the cutscene.

Head to Downtown Raccoon City

Run forward to the intersection and turn left. There are two rooms here to check out. In the café on the left, you'll find Mr. Raccoon and supplies, and in the hotel lobby on the right, you can discover a shortcut and more supplies.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Move a bit forward to trigger a cutscene. After it ends, you'll be in a building corridor. Walk to the end until the arachnid appears. It's best to turn around and run to the corner, then shoot it with any weapon you have. The more damage you deal now, the easier it will be to handle this mini-boss on the upper floors.

To avoid taking damage when the enemy gets close, retreat to the start of the corridor and keep shooting. Soon, a scene will play where the arachnid smashes through the wall.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Head up the stairs to the upper floors. In one of the rooms, you'll encounter small spiders—you can ignore them and go straight to the window. Be careful though, the arachnid will come through this window.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

On this improvised arena, your goal is to defeat the giant monster. It's not too difficult: first, shoot at its head, and when the mutant is stunned, attack the growth on the back of its body. This will deal more damage.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Before finishing off the monster, make sure to search the room and pick up all the supplies. After the next cutscene, you won't be able to come back here.

Search the Camp (0/2)

Go through the subway, exit on the other side, and watch the cutscene at the gate. Examine the explosive device—you don't have all the parts yet. Then head to the left side of the area, to the BSAA camp. Here, read the story note, activate the generator, and interact with the BSAA terminal and crate. The objective will be complete.

On the wall behind the camp, you'll see a red button. Press it and sneak inside the building. Depending on your playstyle, you'll have to deal with a large group of infected. First, check the room on the left for ammo. Once you enter the storage area, look up—between the two shelves above, you'll spot a narrow box you can shoot. Move forward a bit and turn the camera to the right—you'll see a hanging wooden box in the distance, shoot its support. There's another small box on the left side of the room. It's a good idea to shoot them all now to save time later.

When you reach the large crate, monsters will burst from the ground. You can fight them or just run along the only available path upstairs. At the end, you'll find a small room—grab the apartment key from the locker.

Head out to the roof and check the generator without fuel to get a new objective. On the roof, look for a yellow container and pick up the first part of the detonator.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Use the binoculars here to examine the following objects:

  • The antenna across from the building.
  • The gas station down to the left.
  • The antenna behind the building.

Head down to the camp and use the apartment key on the double doors. Shoot the hanging box here and pick up the hand grenade. You can also go up the ladder to find extra supplies.

When you're ready, go into the building's basement. A zombie will appear, and the game will let you know that you can stealth kill enemies who haven't spotted you yet with the hatchet. Do this and move on.

How to Find the Batteries (0/2)

As you pass through the room with the locked gate, take out the infected, but don't climb over the vans to the left area yet—you'll come back here later. Instead, go through the door on the right and climb down the hatch. You'll end up in a spacious zone where you'll soon face a lot of enemies.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Pick up the valve nearby and insert it into the slot. As soon as you start turning it, the barrier to the right will move, and the familiar mutant will appear.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Don't stay in one place—use the second floor and the explosive barrels to deal with the enemies faster. Or, if you have 2 or 3 grenades left, throw them at the enemies' feet, and while they're stunned, turn the valve. If you're quick, you'll save ammo and be able to cross to the other side using the second floor, where you'll find the first battery.

After grabbing the first battery, head back to the room with the grate and go up the stairs on the left. Go down to the water and move forward, taking out any zombies in your way. You can find ammo and medkits in the locked cars, so be sure to check them. There's also a large BSAA crate with supplies here. When you're ready, head to the only open door and go inside—you'll run into a couple of zombies and find the second battery.

To get back to the gate, go up the stairs and cross the vans. Insert both batteries into the panel (if you're collecting documents, don't forget to read the note on the panel). Outside, turn left and check the bodies. After the cutscene, you'll get the BSAA container key. Also, be sure to check one unlocked container—you might find useful items and notes inside.

How to Find Fuel

You can find fuel at the gas station—makes sense, right? Near the Alliance bodies, look for a ladder that's tied up and shoot it down. Climb up and head straight toward the gas station.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

There will be a few zombies wandering outside—ignore them for now. Go inside the building and pick up the empty gas can from the far side. As soon as you try to leave, a bunch of infected will appear. One of them has a chainsaw—use it to save ammo, especially against the last enemy, who also has a chainsaw.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Don't forget to check the roof of the gas station for supplies, and inside the building you'll find Mr. Raccoon.

Fill the can with fuel, then find the generator and open the door to the main street.

How to Find the Second Detonator Part

Note: Since you now have a can of fuel, you can use it and return to the starting area to open and search the first BSAA container. This is optional, but after getting all three detonator parts, you won't be able to come back. To do this, open the door with the generator in the far left part of the area, right before the cliff and the huge crane.

If you're ready to get the second detonator part, go back to the entrance of the building with the Alliance soldiers' bodies and head inside.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go upstairs and check the locked gate—you'll need a crank for it. Go back down, and you'll spot the item you need on the door. Zombies will start to appear—you can ignore or take them out. We grabbed the crank right away, added it to the inventory, and went back up to the locked gate.

Be extra careful in this area—infected with heavy weapons are on the rooftops. It's best to deal with them as soon as possible. For example, you can spot the first gunner from the metal ladder.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

There's another way: leave one or two mortar enemies alive and use their shells to take out the infantry on the rooftops. Either way, your goal is to reach the neighboring roof, where you'll find a yellow box with the second detonator part by the antenna. You can also read a note here.

Also keep in mind that some infected Alliance members use firearms. Don't rush them head-on—it's better to take these enemies out first.

How to Find the Third Detonator Part

Note: It's a good idea to check all the BSAA containers available in this area ahead of time. One of them is on the highway, on the ruined section of road in the far right part of the zone. Inside, you'll find several infected, and there's an explosive barrel nearby. Open the container and throw the barrel inside to quickly take out the enemies. Here you'll find ammo and a sniper rifle.

When you're ready to go after the last detonator part, return to the BSAA field camp and use the lift to the rooftop you've already visited. Refuel the generator, open the door, and cross over to the next ruined building.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

The path here is pretty straightforward, so you shouldn't have any trouble. Along the way, you can check side rooms for supplies. When you reach a room with glass walls and zombies inside, use this to your advantage to deal with the infected. Also, look for a cabinet that's holding up a concrete slab—shoot the glass it's standing on to open the way forward.

Open the grate and pick up the final detonator part. Right now, the device is broken and needs to be repaired before you can use it. If you already opened the BSAA container at the camp, you should have a repair kit in your inventory. If not, you can go back and grab it later. For now, you need to find a way back.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

How to Lower the Hanging Platform

Go a bit further and you'll see a hanging platform that Leon plans to use to escape. To do this, you first need to lower the platform. Head to the ruined building on the right, climb to the top, taking care of any infected along the way. Then go down to the first platform winch.

The second winch is on the opposite side. Just like in the last building, there will be a lot of infected here, including one with a chainsaw.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

After using the second winch, go down to the platform and press the button on the control panel. After a short while, infected will start jumping onto the platform. It's best to wait until a group gathers and then shoot them with your shotgun or submachine gun.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

When the lift collapses, Leon will end up in the ruins of a building. Run to the red barrel, turn around, and wait for the mutants to get closer. Throw the barrel at them, then move back through the large concrete pipe. This way, you can take out several enemies and earn some free points for buying or upgrading weapons.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

If you've already picked up the repair kit from the BSAA container at the camp and fixed the detonator, use it on the gate and watch the cutscene.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

The Road to Downtown Raccoon City

Your task now is to ride the motorcycle. Soon, mutant hounds will start chasing you. Aim and shoot at them just like you would with regular enemies. You can also unlock an achievement if you interrupt Victor's attack while he's nearby. Just shoot at the antagonist to do this.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Find Grace

Reach the police department and go inside. Check out any notes you find, and after the cutscene, head to the west office on the first floor. If you look around carefully, you'll spot a locked locker in the far left corner. You can open it by solving Barry Burton's puzzle.

Go into the hallway, then into the operations room. Mr. Raccoon is hidden here. You can find him by shooting the wooden boards on the window to the left.

When you're ready, leave the office and run down the hallway toward the main hall. Shoot the stairs and climb up to the second floor. In the S.T.A.R.S. office, check out the available items, including the sliding drawer in Albert Wesker's desk, which is tied to an easter egg.

Go back to the vertical ladder and explore the library. Here you'll find the jack, in the same spot Leon used it in Resident Evil 2.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Use the item on the gate blocking the way to the east wing on the first floor. Run to the end of the hallway and watch the cutscene.

Look Around the Orphanage

Now you're playing as a little girl, and the events take place in 1990. Leave the room and watch the cutscene with the other kids. Go back to the bedroom, crawl under the bed, and wait for the children to leave.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Once you do that, go through the next room and head down to the hall. Check the locked door, then immediately hide under the table across from it. Wait for the kids to leave, then go to the hallway opposite. Stop at the corner and wait a bit. When the two girls leave the hallway, enter the room, turn on the light, and open the sliding drawer in the wardrobe. Climb up, grab the key.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

A moment later, the girls will show up. Hide behind the boxes near the table and wait until they're distracted by the noise. Use the key on the hatch and climb down. Soon you'll reach a chapel with coffins. Go to the big door with the Umbrella logo and check the ladder. You can't reach it, so turn around and use the lever. The grate in the far left corner of the room will open.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Check out the coffins. You can pull one closer to climb on top and get over the grate. Grab the poker and run back to the ladder. Ignore the kids, climb up, and keep moving through the complex. If you are collecting them, don't miss any notes in the lab sections. When you reach the projector, use the control panel and watch the cutscene.

Escape the Police Department

In this segment, you'll have to run from Mr. X. Keep moving forward, and when the enemy appears, turn around and sprint the other way. Do the same again, then go up the stairs in the east wing to the second floor. Head to the reception room, where the mini-boss will show up again. This time, he'll start smashing the building's walls with a huge metal beam. Head back and look for the path where he started breaking through. Cross the hall balcony and make your way outside.

Search Kendo's shop and pick up the police shotgun. You can also grab supplies in the outside yard, near the ruined road. Save your progress and head toward the orphanage. Soon, Leon will be attacked by the mutated Tyrant.

Reach the Orphanage

The strategy for this fight is pretty simple. Try to aim for the heart—it's his only weak spot. You can parry melee attacks with the hatchet (press L1 in advance), or interrupt them by shooting the heart.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

When the Tyrant grabs a car, look for cover behind other wrecked vehicles, or you'll take a lot of damage. Once the enemy takes enough damage, he'll drop to one knee. Run up and attack with the hatchet. You won't be able to finish him off in one go, so keep shooting with your firearms.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Find the Entrance to ARK

When you reach the orphanage, drop down into the hole in the floor. You'll end up in a ruined part of the city. You need to make your way through the subway station to the train cars suspended over the gap. As you try to cross, Plant 43's tendrils will appear, and the cars will start to fall into the abyss.

From this point on, Plant 43 tendrils become your main enemies. They're well camouflaged but still pretty easy to spot. If you see even the slightest movement, it's probably a tendril lying in wait for you to get close so it can attack.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Try to shoot the buds of the tendrils when they open up. If you shoot the outer part, you'll barely do any damage. When you reach the giant plant, you'll have to destroy it. Focus first on the two tendrils to the right and left of the main flower. From time to time, they'll slam the ground, trying to hit Leon. As soon as they start moving, change your position.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

When the plant is almost defeated, it will start lashing out with its tentacles in all directions, giving you access to the explosive barrels. Don't hesitate—shoot any barrel to burn the mutant.

Go up to the giant door and use the lever. Watch the cutscene.

Find Grace

Make your way to the safe room, save your progress, and pick up supplies along the way. Go down the stairs and through the storage area. You'll spot some barrels here—these will come in handy soon when you have to deal with a group of elite guards. Use the terminal and get ready for a fight.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Take Out the Elite Guards

The easiest way to deal with the guards is to shoot the barrels, then immediately attack the enemies.

In the next room, as soon as you enter, shoot the barrel straight ahead and climb the vertical ladder to the catwalk.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

If you have rifle ammo, shoot the enemies in the head from here—it's a great position. Soon, only the guard with the heavy riot shield will be left. You can take him out in a few ways. First, lure him close to a barrel and shoot it, then attack while he's distracted. Second, just get up close and attack with the hatchet.

Take Out the Commander

You can't just use the attack button on this enemy. The easiest way is to parry, then hit him with the hatchet. After you win, go back upstairs and watch a long cutscene with Zeno, Grace, and Leon.

Escape the Junkyard

Now you'll take control of Grace. Check out the loader blocking the way, then the alternate route where Grace will ask for a boost. Crawl through the vent and drop down into the complex.

Find the Redistribution Key

Pick up supplies as you go and save your progress. When you reach the lab area, you'll encounter a Licker for the first time. There's no point in fighting it now—you'll just waste ammo and health. Don't bother using the empty bottles lying around either. It's better to collect them, and after visiting the last area in this location, you'll be able to craft acid bottles and Molotov cocktails. You can find one of these in the next room, where there are naked infected and the redistribution key.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide
Note: In the room where you first encountered the Licker, don't miss the safe.

Head back to the loader and insert the key you found. Leon will be able to pass through, and you can continue exploring the area. On your way back, you'll run into another Licker on the big staircase.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

How to Find the Soul Sphere

Before leaving the room, grab the magnetic key from the locker. Go upstairs and use it to open the door. The Soul Sphere will be in the clean room. You'll need it to open one of the next doors. But as soon as you pick it up, all the zombies in the room will get up and start chasing the heroine.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

How to Find the Nobility Sphere

Go back to the room with the typewriter and open the blue door (it was locked before). Go through the door on the left and head down to the area with the containers. In the small container on the right, you'll find green herb and a safe, the code for it is here. Outside, there are four Lickers and two zombies wandering around. You can lure them with an empty bottle, and when they group up, throw a Molotov cocktail (not very effective) or an acid bottle (much more effective).

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

On the second floor, pick up the Nobility Sphere and return to the locked door.

Once you have both spheres, insert them into the device by the red double doors next to the safe room. Use the console and watch the long cutscene.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

How to Find the Redistribution Key (Bioweapon Storage 11)

Control will switch to Leon. Move through the corridors until a group of infected appears. At this point, Leon will have a seizure from the infection. Go through the section with airtight tanks and head down to the storage area. Upstairs, Lickers will spot you, even if you don't run or crouch—this scene is scripted. Don't waste time, just deal with the mutants quickly.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

In this room, there are several control panels you need to use to open the right path. The first panel is in the far left corner.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

After you use it, a path will open to another room with two more Lickers and a second control panel.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Head back, go up the stairs, and pick up the redistribution key.

Resident Evil Requiem Walkthrough Guide

Go back to the room with the airtight tanks, where several Lickers are already waiting on the ceiling. Insert the key into the panel and call the elevator. At that moment, all the tanks will open, and the infected will start coming out. It's best to stand near one of the barrels in the room, wait for the enemies to get closer, and throw the barrel at them. Finish off any survivors with your firearms.

Get in the elevator, and soon an in-engine cutscene will start. When you take control of Grace, run to the elevator through Spencer's office. This will trigger the final scene with a choice. Here you can decide whether to destroy Elpis or set it free.

If you choose the second option, you'll have to face the final boss—Victor, who transforms into Nemesis in the last phase.
