INDUSTRIA 2 Complete Walkthrough — Game Guide

INDUSTRIA 2 is an atmospheric first-person shooter with survival and exploration elements in the spirit of Resident Evil. Players need to escape a grim industrial complex filled with abandoned workshops, strange machinery, and hostile robots. In this guide, we'll walk you through INDUSTRIA 2, explain how to complete the main story chapters, and avoid getting caught by the cyborgs.

Chapter 1. A Glimmer of Hope

You wake up on a dirty mattress, check out the nearby note, and head through the door into the hallway to the right. Follow the beaten path downhill toward the wooden house. Approach the two planks and break them by holding LMB + S. Pass the house and keep following the path to the beach.

Once you reach the sea, your next target is a house with a red glow. Go up the stairs and find the front door with a blue valve, then open it. Inside the metal corridor, you'll see the local save stationsrecording devices. They're easy to spot thanks to their bright green glow. Use these to save your progress in save slots.

How to get through the first corridors with robots

Fill the first save slot and keep moving down the corridor. Soon you'll find a gap in the wall — crawl through to the other side. Ahead, you'll spot your first monster, a robotic creature with a round shell on its back. Use Ctrl to crouch and move quietly.

Go to the cabinet with two bottles and pick them up. If used right, they can distract nearby enemies and clear your path. Take a bottle in hand, get ready, and throw it toward the corridor you just came from. Wait for the monster to investigate the noise, then quietly sneak past and crawl through the hole in the brick wall.

Go down the dark corridor, enter the room with boats, and open the grated door in the corner. Turn left, then right, and crawl through another hole in the wall. You'll meet another robot with a shell, this time guarding a blue valve that opens the steel door nearby. There are two bottles on the crates in the center of the room. Sneak over, grab them, get ready, and throw a bottle into the dark corner where the monster originally came from.

Wait for him to leave your line of sight, activate the valve, and run through the door toward the copper pipes that let you move forward. After that, go through the door on the left and find the save room with the recording station. Save your progress and open the passage in the corridor wall by removing the boards with your new tool — the axe.

Head through the backyard, crawl under another steel door, and come face to face with a robot. You can block its attack with the axe. During the grab, you'll have to complete a short QTE, after which you can finish off the enemy. Once the fight is over, go straight through the door and break the boards.

You'll reach a small street patrolled by another enemy. This time, circle around and use a bottle to distract the robot. Once the monster goes to check out the noise, run into the door on the right, head up the stairs, and go through the broken wall.

Here you'll find a way down and hear someone named Marlene calling for help. Follow the voice and find two monsters with a woman on the balcony. Lure the robots toward you and survive for about a minute by keeping away from them. After that, the shutters will open and you'll be able to enter the building.

Watch the cutscene with the main character and Marlene, then follow her through the complex's corridors. At the end, crawl through a wardrobe into an apartment and watch another cutscene. When it's finished, go to the bed and listen to the cassette.

How to get the backpack and your first pistol

Leave the room through the door on the right and go down the stairs to the basement. Talk to Marlene and pick up the backpack near the barrels on the left. Your companion will teach you how to use it and explain all the panels. Briefly: the bottom right has three tool slots, the left side holds two weapon slots. At the top are materials for crafting items, and you can craft new things in the slots on the right.

Drag the meds into a tool slot and use them. After that, pick up Marlene's pistol from the table and tell her you're ready. Go through the white door behind her and follow your companion through the streets of a small village.

On the way, you can enter one of the houses and pick up a note from the bed on the second floor.

In the same square, you can find a wooden shed with a pack of meds inside.

Once you reach the factory, go to the far left corridor and open the door by breaking two boards. Then head to the end and use the hole in the wall to squeeze through.

How to activate the mechanism with the tubes

Meet up with your companion and go through the door in the corner of the room. To move objects, hold LMB and drag the mouse in the direction you want.

Head to the end of the hallway, open the door, and find basic crafting materials for ammo in the cabinet by the wall. Go back to Marlene, open your backpack with Tab, and click on any of the collected materials — either two pieces of metal or two units of gunpowder. In the dropdown menu, select Pistol ammo and craft the bullets.

After crafting the ammo, reload your pistol and shoot the copper cylinder in the right corner behind the door. Go down the stairs, turn on your flashlight by pressing F, and walk down the hallway. On the way, check out the supply closet with the wooden door for resources and find the big mechanism with tubes.

First, look for the disconnected wire on the floor and plug it into the socket nearby. The metal door ahead will open, but don't rush out yet. Check the room with the yellow glow on the left and collect all the resources. You'll find pistol ammo, a grenade, chemical bottles, gunpowder, and electronic parts.

Go back to the hall, save at the recording device, and continue forward.

How to find an extra module for the mechanism

Head into the newly opened corridor and pick up a new material — petrichor. This substance allows the local robots to function. It's used for weapon upgrades and some crafting recipes.

Keep going and you'll reach an abandoned open-air area. In the room on the right, you can find some electrical components.

Check the cabinet on the left, grab the resources, then squeeze through the gap in the door ahead. After that, drop down from the balcony and look for more supplies in the wooden barn on the right.

Now you have two ways to enter the main building: the vent shaft on the left side or the gap in the wall near the broken staircase. The second option is better, as it gets you to the next checkpoint faster.

Once inside, you'll run into another robotic creature with a round mechanism on its back. You can kill it with a couple of shots, but it's better to save your ammo. You can still sneak past by crouching. Avoiding a fight, head to the boiler room and turn right toward the red glow. At the fork, take the right path again and go straight to the room with the blue valve.

You'll run into several robots there, so get ready for a fight and craft some ammo from the materials you collected earlier. If you want to save your resources and bullets, you can wait for the right moment, quickly turn the valve all the way, and sprint to the other side of the building without taking any damage.

Either way, you'll end up in a spacious hall with conveyor belts. Go up the stairs and follow the corridor to the right. There's a locked door with a chain that can only be cut with bolt cutters. To find them, take the open hallway, run to the end, and grab the tool from the workshop on the right. Open your inventory and move the bolt cutters to the tool panel, replacing a bomb or a broken bottle. Go back to the door, select the bolt cutters, right-click, and cut the chain.

Go inside and you'll find yourself on a balcony. Climb the stairs to the attic and spot a crate in the recess on the right. Smash it with a strong axe swing, pick up the gunpowder from the floor, then turn right and head up the stairs to the second floor.

Upstairs, you'll see another blue valve and a cabinet with crafting materials. Grab the resources, then open the metal door by turning the valve a few times. Inside, check all the boxes and gather the useful crafting materials — there are plenty here.

Next, in the lower right corner of the hall, find a broken ladder hanging down. Climb up and pick up the shotgun shells near one of the crates. Don't forget to grab the gunpowder and metal from the cabinet in the corner as well.

Go straight ahead, break a couple of crates on the right for extra materials, and pick up some petrichor from the robot's tube on the right. After that, save your progress at the recording device. Head to the central room and take Modulator B from the mechanism.

Now a new enemy type will appear in the attic — blind robots that rely on sound. They won't hear you if you sneak by while crouched. Start making your way back to Marlene and go down the stairs to where the creepy robots are.

Once you're downstairs, hold Ctrl, approach the blue valve, and start opening the door. Don't worry about the robots: they won't react to you as long as you stay still and keep quiet. As soon as the door opens, run straight into the next room. The robots won't be able to catch you or do any damage.

Now go down the stairs to the lower level of the attic and head to the rusty bars to the right of the exit. Climb onto them, crouch, and carefully drop down onto the green boiler in the corner. After that, get down to the floor and walk up to the blue valve. You can also go back the regular way, but this route helps you skip some unnecessary backtracking.

Open the door, enter the area you explored earlier, and run down the left hallway. You'll run into a few "moles" along the way, but as mentioned before, they won't bother you if you move quietly. Stick to the left wall and exit the building through the gap in the wall.

Go through the overgrown area outside and return to your companion in the room with the mechanism. Take Modulator B from your backpack, insert it into the special slot, and go up the stairs to the second floor. Head back down the hallway, use the bolt cutters to open the previously locked door, and pick up your new weapon — the shotgun — from the table.

Return to the hall, go down the new corridor, and head outside to leave the factory.
