Rugby
Rugby is a European sport that became the predecessor of American football. The rules are very similar. Rugby is a team contact sport. To score points, a team must carry the ball to the end of the field (the touchdown area) or kick it into the goal above the crossbar. Many rough tackles and collisions are prohibited. Additionally, a player cannot pass the ball with their hands to another player who is closer to the touchdown area than the passer. There are rugby simulators in video games. The most popular ones are released annually. There are also arcade versions, which are often included in collections of interactive entertainment or simple arcades.
