The horror action takes place in a gloomy city, engulfed by a mysterious plague, and the main character will be the young doctor Daniil Dankovsky, one of the characters in the first two “Pestilities”. Players in the role of a doctor need to save the settlement, ridding it of a deadly plague — only 12 days will be allotted for this. Gamers can examine town residents, make diagnoses, prescribe treatment, impose quarantines and curfews, vaccinate people and more. Players will also be able to travel back in time to change key decisions and correct their mistakes.
