Selvadoradian culture skill level 5 is not required to learn how to dance the rumba.
You can be trained by a jungle native or by any Sim who can dance the rumba.
In the friendly communication menu there is an option Ask to be taught in Rumbasim (ask to learn how to dance the rumba), after 25-30 minutes. Watching a Sim dance will teach you the dance.
Для того, чтобы научиться танцевать румбу, не требуется 5-й уровень навыка сельвадорадской культуры.
Можно пройти обучение у аборигена джунглей или у любого сима, умеющего танцевать румбу.
В меню дружелюбного общения имеется опция Ask to be taught in Rumbasim (попросить научить танцевать румбу), через 25-30 мин. наблюдения за танцующим сим научится этому танцу.
