In the darkness of a distant future, where there is no peace and no hope, the path of an Inquisition Acolyte begins. In this tactical cRPG set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, you will investigate heresies, collect evidence, interrogate suspects, and unravel conspiracies that threaten the very existence of the Imperium. Decisions are made in conditions of complete moral ambiguity, where the line between salvation and destruction is almost indistinguishable.

The story unfolds in the Calixis Sector, a vast region engulfed in corruption, mutants, xenos, and fanaticism. The Inquisitor's squad includes a wide variety of companions: from guardsmen from the grim death worlds to xenos mercenaries, each of whom brings their own mechanics and perspective to the situation.

Tactical turn-based combat requires precise calculation. It's not just the power of weapons that matters, but also the morale of the team. Party management, the choice of approach to enemies, interaction with the environment and the consequences of each battle - all in order to eradicate heresy.
