Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is quite a hardcore game by modern standards. For example, it has a rather unusual save system, as it requires the use of special items. However, nothing stops you from downloading someone else's saves to quickly get to the most interesting parts, like large-scale battles. In this guide, we will tell you where the necessary folder is located on your computer.

The game automatically saves progress during certain actions or events. This occurs after bathing, a long sleep, or returning to camp, as well as at the start of new story quests. Manual saves also work: in the first case, you need to select "Save and Exit" from the menu, and if you want to save progress without exiting the game, you will need a special type of alcohol called "Saviour Schnapps." It can be found in the open world of the game, purchased from merchants, or brewed yourself in the alchemical lab.
