Post Trauma is a new horror game filled with many interesting puzzles and secrets. To successfully complete the game, you will often need to figure out encrypted codes. In this guide, we have collected all the passwords you will encounter while exploring the locations.

Passage to the Driver’s Cabin (Roman, Metro)

The first lock appears at the very beginning of the walkthrough: it hangs in the train car, blocking the driver’s cabin. To find out the code, you need to combine the subway maps and understand the meaning of the encrypted figures. The correct code is 71651.

Fuses (Roman, Metro)

The second combination appears a bit later: you need to turn on the fuses in the correct order. Looking around the two-track platform, you might have noticed numbers with letters. By matching them, you will get the required data — 3D-1C-2B-3A, and then turn on the same number of cells.

Locked Door (Roman, Metro)

Right before the finale of this story section, you will open an inaccessible passage with the number 33284. This password will be given by an unfamiliar female voice in the room opposite.

Electronic Lock (Carlos, Police)

To escape the unusual nightmare, you need to open the electronic door lock on the first floor. To do this, carefully examine the stickers on the computers in the office on the second floor, and then determine the required dart and its numeric value by the color of the monitor. Arranging everyone in order of movement speed, you will learn the correct answer — 2535.

Hayashi Umi’s Computer Password (Roman, Hospital)

This one is simple: the password is written on a sticker under the monitor. It is 9804.

Uedo Yuto’s Computer Password (Roman, Hospital)

In the same room where the previous PC is located, there is archival information about Uedo Yuto in the corner. Get the answer from the first digits of the ID and the month of birth: 7602.

Picking Up the Sledgehammer (Roman, Hospital)

Post Trauma: All Codes, Riddles, and Puzzle Solutions

An easy puzzle. Look at the clock on the wall to figure out the code for the lock. Note that the blue minute hand always points to specific minute values, and the red hour hand indicates the position of the digit in the number. The solution is 783. As a reward, you will receive the sledgehammer.

Coin Arrangement (Roman, Hospital)

After collecting all the coins, you need to arrange them in the correct order. Refer to Ueda Yuto’s computer, which is located near the information board:

  • Gold coin with a face.
  • Silver coin with a shield.
  • Another gold coin.
  • Bronze coin.

Locked Fuse Cabinet (Roman, School)

In the room where the cabinet is locked, there is a wall with yellow notes with numbers. Rearrange them so that the pattern forms a single figure. In the white area, you will find the solution — 413.

Endless Corridor (Roman, School)

After opening the fuse cabinet, pay attention to the unusual blinking of the light bulb. Record the sequence: red, blue, red, green, blue, and then go through the doors of the corresponding colors in the corridor near the information board in order.

Shotgun (Roman, School)

To access the shotgun, you need to set the hands of the floor clock correctly. Remember the multicolored dials you encountered throughout the location. Solve the puzzle and then set the time to 10:20.

Church Doors (Roman, School)

To open the church doors, you will need a key and a special password. Carefully inspect the music rooms, A08, A011, and the far classroom. There you can find pictures with shaded squares. By comparing the symbols, you will get the image from the door. All that’s left is to press the correct squares.

Basketball Scoreboard (Freya, School)

Head to the locker room near the gym. On the bench, you will find a report about the match: after studying it, enter the result on the scoreboard in the gym. Don’t forget to determine which team was playing at home by the number of fouls. The correct score is 13:21 in favor of the guests.

Metronome (Freya, School)

This same chart will start producing melodic sounds. The drawn circles indicate its melody — this is the first tempo for setting the metronome in the music classroom. Set the value to about 60. The second part is right here: there is a clock hanging on the wall. Set their parameter to the 100 mark. The last clock is in room A07 — there, the tempo reaches 160. Thus, the sequence is as follows: 60, 100, 160. The values must be entered in order.

Symbols on Monitors (Carlos, Police)

This time, the puzzle is again connected with the monitors on the second floor. As you can see, there are some symbols displayed on them. Downstairs, in the room to the right of the stairs, you can find their decoding. Note that if the image in the designation reaches a value of a thousand, you need to flip it to get the required digit. Match all the values, taking into account the order of the computers from left to right. The result should be 57912.

Medal Arrangement (Carlos, Police)

Post Trauma: All Codes, Riddles, and Puzzle Solutions

After collecting all the medals, you need to arrange them in order of increasing number of corners. The sequence is as follows: circle, triangle, square, pentagon, star.

Route Puzzle (Roman, Metro)

This puzzle may seem difficult, but in fact it is quite simple. For each letter, you need to move the white light so that they form a sequential path from start to finish. The correct combination is A1, C2, B4, E4, D3, F1.

Computer in the Metro Hospital (Roman, Metro)

Thanks to the diagram at the entrance to the medical section, you can find out the decoding of the arrows, which must be entered into the computer in the common ward. The combination is as follows: left, right, right, up, left, up.

Figure Placement (Roman, Finale)

Throughout the location, you will come across numbers and letters related to the cardinal directions. In the end, after collecting all the figures, you will reach the board. The first one must be placed on the spot already marked on the field. To place the other two, from the center for the first, go two squares west and one north; for the second, go two squares east and again one north.
