ShiftCam introduces the world's smallest SSD

At CES 2025, ShiftCam introduced its revolutionary SSD, PLANCK, which is now the smallest portable solid-state drive in the world. Weighing only 10 grams, PLANCK offers storage capacities of 1TB and 2TB and features data transfer speeds of up to 1 050 MB/s.

Designed specifically for content creators using iPhones, PLANCK connects directly to the USB-C port and supports recording ProRes videos in 4K resolution at 120 frames per second. This innovative SSD is a game-changer for creators who need a lightweight and efficient solution for managing large video files on the go.

PLANCK is also engineered for durability. It is drop-proof and boasts an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. The SSD will be available in two versions: 1TB for $189 and 2TB for $299, with sales starting in the spring. With its compact size and advanced features, the ShiftCam PLANCK SSD is poised to become an essential tool for creators who demand portability and high performance.
