Teleport Scroll for Camps

The vanilla Control Scroll spell is not very useful in standard gameplay, so this mod repurposes it into a flexible fast travel tool connecting the main factions.
During repeat playthroughs, backtracking across the Colony for story errands and fetch quests can become tedious very quickly. With this mod layout, equipping a Control Scroll from your quickbar interface opens a small teleport overlay layout, letting you instantly jump to the Old Camp, New Camp, or Swamp Camp. The original mind-control functionality of the spell is not intentionally stripped.
Main Features:
- Instant Fast Travel: Turns the Control Scroll into a functional gateway to the Old Camp, New Camp, and Swamp Camp.
- Balanced Resource Costs: Teleporting consumes mana points and expends exactly one Control Scroll after a successful travel sequence.
- Stocked Vendors: Added extra Control Scrolls to selected camp magic vendors to support frequent travel.
Available Vendors:
- Torrez — Old Camp.
- Cronos — New Camp.
- Baal Cadar — Swamp Camp.
Hotkey Interface Controls:
Equip or use the Control Scroll from your quickbar layout to pull up the navigation overlay:
- F1 Key — Travel to the Old Camp.
- F2 Key — Travel to the New Camp.
- F3 Key — Travel to the Swamp Camp.
- 0 Key — Close Menu / Cancel Travel.
Installation instructions:
- Ensure that the latest UE4SS Experimental framework build is installed.
- Unpack the archive and copy the G1R_TeleportScrolls folder into your directory at:
...\Gothic 1 Remake\G1R\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\ - Verify that your directory structure contains this explicit file string:
...\Mods\G1R_TeleportScrolls\enabled.txt - Launch the game normally.
