Adventure action in an open world within the Wizarding World universe, continuing the ideas of the first part and expanding the scale of the magical adventure. Events unfold again in Hogwarts and beyond, covering familiar and new regions of the magical world, including previously inaccessible territories and schools of magic. The story focuses on new threats related to ancient spells and the balance of magical forces.
The gameplay revolves around learning, exploration, and combat magic. The spell and duel system is developed through new schools of magic, skill combinations, and a more flexible character progression. Outside of Hogwarts, side quests, dungeons, magical creatures, and factions are available, influencing the development of the plot and the world.
