This mod reduces the salaries of all adult and teenage careers by 40-50%. This makes the salaries more realistic and balances the game well.

It doesn't make the game too difficult (for experienced players), but provides a decent challenge! (Sometimes the bills really make you sad).

Now promotions, bonuses, and any form of "additional income" will also mean something and help you much more than before!
