Assassin's Creed Shadows Kofun (Tomb) Walkthroughs: Locations and Rewards

The developers of Assassin's Creed Shadows have provided players with the opportunity to explore authentic Japanese burial sites and acquire unique legendary items. In this guide, we will explain how to find and complete all the ancient kofuns.

The game features ten ancient burial sites for exploration. To fully complete them, players need to unlock both story characters — Naoe and Yasuke. This becomes possible after completing the story mission "Lightning and Thunder," when both heroes become freely available.

Exploring the tombs is not only an engaging process but also a rewarding activity: the ruins are filled with cases containing various loot, and most importantly, legendary chests containing unique items: weapons, armor, and accessories. It is especially important to have both protagonists available, as some actions are only accessible to specific heroes. For example, Naoe can use a rope and squeeze through narrow gaps, while Yasuke can move boxes and carry pots.
