Never walk past a dropped item again. Press a key and every pickable item lying around you lights up with a bright, color-coded glow that stands out from across the room and in the dark.
Lootlight turns looting caves, camps, and battlefields into a glance instead of a pixel hunt — ore chunks, coins, weapons, plants, food, and more, each tinted by category so you know what's there before you even walk over.
Features:
- One-key toggle: turn the highlight on or off instantly (F4 by default).
- Color-coded by type: Weapons glow red, Plants glow green, Ore & coins glow yellow, and everything else glows blue.
- Bright emissive glow: clearly visible at a distance and at night.
- Auto-updating: items that stream in light up on their own; items you leave behind fade out. No need to press the key again.
- Fully configurable: change the key, range, refresh rate, glow strength, and every color in a simple text file.
- Safe & clean: only changes how items look while active and restores everything when toggled off. It does not modify your saves or any game files.
Installation instructions:
- Install UE4SS if you don't have it yet.
- Extract the download and copy the Lootlight folder into:
...\Gothic 1 Remake\G1R\Binaries\Win64\Mods\ - The final layout should be:
...\Mods\Lootlight\enabled.txt
...\Mods\Lootlight\config.txt
...\Mods\Lootlight\Scripts\main.lua - Launch the game. The mod loads automatically.
Usage:
- Press F4 (default) to toggle the highlight. While it's on, nearby ground items glow by category and update automatically as you move.
