No More Constant Complaints

You've probably noticed that Sims love to complain a lot. It's almost non-stop. The more expansion packs you have, the worse this issue becomes. In fact, if you have Seasons, you've undoubtedly heard Sims complain about every type of weather unless you've given them a specific trait. But even then, that's just one type they won't complain about.
If you have University, they complain about their professor, their classes, and the cost of textbooks at every opportunity. Realistic, of course, but still annoying, as each comes with the same animation and voiceover.
Stop Whining disables autonomy for all these interactions. Not all "complaint" interactions are turned off, but most of them are. Options still exist if you really want to complain, but Sims won't do it automatically.
