This mod radically changes career progression in the game. Advancing in your career will now be challenging yet engaging. Additionally, the mod reduces salaries, requires higher skills for advancement, and higher education will almost always be necessary for promotion; some professions may even require a certain level of fame.

This mod is intended for version 1.69.57.1020; it may not work or may function incorrectly on other versions of the game.

Ещё мод понижает зарплаты, требует более высоких умений для продвижения и высшее образование почти везде будет необходимо для продвижения, некоторые профессии, даже, потребуют определённый уровень славы

Мод предназначен для версии 1.69.57.1020, на других версиях игры может не работать/работать не корректно.
