Warehouse Owner
Want to earn some extra cash? How about making your character a warehouse owner? Assign them the trait "Warehouse Owner" and use the computer to find clients who will later come to your lot. After talking to your character, clients will decide whether they want to rent your warehouse or not, and if your enterprising businessman is convincing enough, they will specify the size of the warehouse space they are willing to rent. You can earn between 200 to 400 simoleons from one client and take up to 3 items for storage. You will find their items in your character's inventory or in the family inventory.
