Battlefield Game Series
Battlefield is a series of first-person shooters, the early installments of which told stories about events of World War II, but over time, settings began to include modern times and, moreover, the times of World War I. Most of the Battlefield installments focus not so much on the storyline as on multiplayer battles.
For the first time, the multiplayer mode of Battlefield became truly popular with the third installment, after which it became a core part of the series: battles on Battlefield servers take place not only among foot soldiers but also in airplanes, tanks, military vehicles, and other equipment.
This list includes all games in the Battlefield series, regardless of the year of release and gameplay features.
