Skaal Camps.
Skaal camps are now located on the outskirts of the snowy holds. The camps are easy to find and you can't miss them, with the exception of the Winterhold Skaal camp which is located underneath the city. These inhabitants can only be found in Skaal Village, a small Scandinavian settlement located in the icy tundra of northern Solstheim.
