Third-person view
Third-person view is a perspective in video games where the player always sees their character. Usually, the camera is positioned behind the character, and recently, a popular solution has been to shift the camera slightly to the side, so that the player feels like they are looking over the character's shoulder. Sometimes the camera is free, allowing the character to be viewed from all angles. This view is used in shooters, action games, RPGs, and their hybrids.
