A massive property expansion mod for My Summer Car that allows players to purchase and fully restore the Abandoned Farmhouse to its former luxury glory. The property serves as a complete living base where you can sleep and save progress, watch rally cars race past the windows, bake fresh goods in the kitchen furnace, and experience a chilling nightly atmosphere shared with a ghost (unless you hire an exorcist via the town bulletin board). The mod introduces a local real estate office in Peräjärvi, realistic contractor delays on renovation stages, detailed wood-stove recipes, and fully independent household utilities.

House & Property Features:

  • Purchase the abandoned farmhouse and progressively rebuild it: stabilize the framing, install utilities, restore the cowshed, and furnish the interior.
  • Trackside vantage point allows watching the weekend rally right out of your windows.
  • Eerie nightly atmosphere featuring an active ghost (live together or banish it via the town notice board).
  • Optional Christmas holiday decorations (toggled via mod settings).
  • Working domestic running water or an outdoor water well.
  • Bake cookable lake pike and bread products in the large wood furnace.
  • Working refrigerator (requires FridgeAPI) and functional light switches with LED fixtures.
  • Operational doors, window curtains, bathtub, and television.
  • Master bedroom sleeping spot with full game-saving capability.
  • Working small fireplaces and a steady on-site firewood supply.
  • Vintage luxury furniture sets, detached wall paintings, and a cow-shaped wall clock.
  • Movable tables and chairs, plus the ability to clear out original junk furniture and attic clutter.
  • Spacious attic area with a dedicated room for item storage.
  • Operational landline phone in the hallway, wall map, and home office space for the PC.
  • Active household electricity billing with a designated remote mailbox.

Restoration Costs & Ideal Order:

  • Repairing the house out of this specific order can cause visual glitches. Total restoration investment is 56,150 MK (the Bus Job mod is recommended for grinding funds).
  • Purchase Farmhouse — 2,500 MK. After purchasing, immediately remove old furniture to clear the rooms, and use a sledgehammer to unstick jammed doors.
  • Stabilise Farmhouse — 19,900 MK. Restores the structure into a sound, usable shape.
  • Electricity & Windows — 8,650 MK. Installs glass window panes and full electrical wiring.
  • Vintage Furniture — 8,700 MK. Furnishes the living areas with period luxury sets.
  • Cowhouse — 12,900 MK. Completely rebuilds and cleans up the adjacent cowshed.
  • Stove Tiling Up (Luxury Stoves) — 3,500 MK. Optional cosmetic tiling upgrade for the furnace.
  • Ghost Removal — 2,500 MK. Optional exorcism ordered either first or last via the town board.

How to Purchase & Renovate:

  • Drive into town to the vehicle inspection area — locate the new "Property Management" shop.
  • Head inside, approach the agent behind the desk, and click the Ownership Document to buy the farm for 2,500 MK.
  • To order renovations, return to Property Management and inspect the storage shelf holding order boxes.
  • Purchase the required stage boxes in the exact sequence outlined above.
  • Work is not instantaneous: contractors take 15–30 real-time minutes (depending on FPS) to complete each phase. Revisit the site periodically to verify completion.

Item & Utility Locations:

  • Unpaid traffic/police fines spawn on the player's bedroom table.
  • Farmhouse mailbox spawns across from Fleetari's repair shop in Loppe alongside the local mailboxes.
  • Landline telephone is installed in the entrance hallway.
  • Parts catalog is located in the shed workshop area.
  • Desktop computer spawns in the private office adjoining the hallway.
  • Unpaid electricity bills spawn directly on the kitchen counter.

Cooking Mechanics & Baking Recipes:

  • Cooking requires the Expanded Shop mod. Baking trays are retrieved from storage boxes in the attic.

Cooking process:

  1. Stoke firewood and heat up the large masonry furnace in the kitchen.
  2. Load the appropriate ingredients onto the baking tray (ingredient placement order matters).
  3. Slide the prepared tray into the upper baking compartment of the stove (never into the wood combustion box).
  4. Wait for the cooking timer to complete.

Recipe catalog:

  • Rye Flour Bread: 4x Rye Flour + 2x Yeast placed on the tray; bake for ~2 minutes.
  • Wheat Flour Bread: 4x Wheat Flour + 2x Yeast placed on the tray; bake for ~1.5 to 2 minutes.
  • Cinnamon Cake: 3x Yeast + 2x Wheat Flour + 1x Rye Flour; bake for ~2 minutes.
  • Cooked Pizza: Place a frozen store-bought pizza onto the baking tray and bake in the upper chamber.

Requirements:

  • MSCLoader (mod loader).
  • FridgeAPI (required for refrigerator functionality).
  • Expanded Shop (required for baking ingredients and food items).

Installation instructions:

  1. Ensure MSCLoader and prerequisites (FridgeAPI, Expanded Shop) are installed.
  2. Place the mod .dll file into your Mods folder (inside the game root or under %userprofile%\Documents\My Summer Car\Mods).
  3. If using Modern Optimization Plugin (MOP), copy the included .mopconfig file to: ...\steamapps\common\My Summer Car\Mods\Config\Mod Settings\MOP.
