This mod disables skill progression for inactive sims, so they won't develop when you switch to another family.

You can still level up the skills of your playable sims as before; the mod only changes the rules for families you are not currently playing.

Non-playable sims can still improve their skills if they are called upon as NPCs or for specific jobs, such as when a barista is needed in the game.

Мод отключает повышение навыков для неактивных симов, поэтому они не будут развиваться, когда вы переключитесь на другую семью.

Можно, как и раньше, повышать навыки своих играемых симов, мод изменяет правила только для семей, которыми вы в данный момент не играете.

Неиграемые симы могут повышать навыки, если они привлекаются в качестве NPC или для выполнения определенной работы, например, когда в игре нужен бариста.
