There are two traits for the lot "Spawn Auto Employee"
The first generates professional characters.
This lot trait spawns NPCs if certain objects are present on the lot. Only one NPC of each type appears, even if you have more than one object of that type on the lot.
The second generates lot owners to perform "jobs".
(This can be useful if you are using my mod "More Buyable Locations." For example, if you have a household that owns a café, and you visit that café with another household, the owners will work there).

Первый порождает профессиональных персонажей.
Эта черта лота порождает NPC, если определенные объекты находятся на лоте. Появляется только один NPC каждого вида, даже если у вас на Лоте более одного Объекта одного вида.
Второй порождает владельцев лотов для выполнения «работы».
(Это может быть полезно, если вы используете мой мод «Больше покупаемых мест». Например, если у вас есть домохозяйство, которому принадлежит кафе, и вы посещаете это кафе с другим домохозяйством, владельцы которого будут там работать).
