Formal Shoes V1.

This mod adds new formal footwear to the game. Includes slip-ons and oxfords.

Update 1.1: Fixed a bug that caused non-shiny shoes to appear shinier than shiny ones. Also added a rubber sheen to the non-shiny shoe soles.
