Residential — Simple Tiny Home.
You don't need all the sets I used; you can replace the furniture with anything from the sets you have. The layout of the house will not change, only the furniture, wallpaper/floors, and possibly some landscaping elements. There is also a version for the base game + Tiny Living that you can download instead.
Please install this manually, as the files need to be in a different location than other mods / CC.
Extract all nested files and place them here: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray.

Планировка дома не изменится, только мебель, обои/полы и, возможно, некоторые элементы ландшафтного дизайна.
