Capital of the Pale.
This mod changes the city of Dawnstar to make it more like a port city.
Changes made:
- added city gates on the main road
- slightly expanded harbor and addition of a second dock
- changing the inside of the jarl's house
- change to the forge
- added stairs leading to the lighthouse
- added more livestock
