This mod adds a village outside of Helyarken Hall that will pay you taxes every week. Just a small village mod, the author put a stable next to the lumber, where the blacksmith will sell basic things such as ingots, ore, leather and weapons.
The village pays taxes, which you can get from Smith's chest, it pays about 300 gold per week.
