Reachman's Hideaway - Immersive Winterhold Player Home.
This mod will add a small house for the player near Winterhold, with a dog follower and a new merchant. To unlock the house, you can find a key (located on the body of the original owner, along the road outside of Winterhold where there are two tents with a skeleton) or select a master lock. It has a fast travel marker, but you'll have to go there to unlock it. Tip: You'll miss out on an awesome dagger if you just pick the lock!
