Progressive Two-Handed Attack Speed.
This mod increases attack speed with two-handed weapons depending on your skill level.
Features:
Original: Has a 5% speed increase for 20 burst levels, adding up to 25% at level 81;
This one: has a 3% speed increase for 10 burst levels, adding up to 30% at level 91.
