Windhelm Exterior Altered.
This mod adds a dock/harbour outside of Windhelm. It also modifies the existing dock with some minor changes such as removed flora and added barrels, cover over door entrances, crates and a few snow patches here and there. Also the land around the city was changed from land that can be walked on to water with stones.
