She is a maid from the anime Toho Project. She is essentially a chronomancer or time mage. She can also throw magic knives and stuff. So I gave her the ability to slow down enemies by making them move slowly to make it seem like she was manipulating small areas to slow them down. She can also summon herself from another point in time to fight her, which will likely make her very strong early in the game. She fights with a knife in hand-to-hand combat, but can also throw it with a spell.
