A fortified snow elf palace located east of Windhelm, behind the Refugee Shelter. Has all craft stations, ample storage space and displays. Friendly to followers and compatible with Hearthfire multiple adoptions.
1 You will need to disable borders to get into the Palace, find your Skyrim.ini in C:/Users/username/Documents/My Games/Skyrim Special Edition/Skyrim.ini
2 And place in the [General] section:
bBorderRegionsEnabled = 0
Located east of Windhelm and past the Refugee Shelter. Must be purchased for 40,000 gold. Click on the sale sign at the main gate.
