The mod adds the Citadel - a huge fortress with its own hierarchy, where each of its cells can be occupied, to the point where you can lead the entire settlement. The mod offers many different activities, and the author himself compares the add-on to DLC. Among other things, in the modification it will be possible to participate in battles, obtain resources for the city and, having risen high enough, live in a fortress with your family.
