Summon Ghost Division.
You will need Lore Friendly Rifles of Skyrim for this mod to work. The spell lasts 60 seconds, the level increases along with the player's level. The weapons and ammo used are randomized (within a level) based on the leveled lists provided in Lore Friendly Rifles of Skyrim. The Wraith also has bow bonuses, so their damage scales up a bit better as you level up.
As always, the Riverwood Merchant has a copy of the spellbook for sale. ESL is labeled ESP.
