Open world RPG
Often role-playing games offer gamers a completely open world: that is, all or almost all locations created by the developers are open to the main character from the very beginning of the game. Such RPGs are distinguished by a completely non-linear plot and a large number of additional tasks that are optional to complete.
In open-world RPGs, you can come across very strong enemies that you can't defeat unless you retreat and gain a few extra levels.
