Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: A Good Scrub Walkthrough

In the game Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the quest "A Good Scrub" offers gamers the chance to help a businesswoman restore a bathhouse. This guide is dedicated to completing all tasks and successfully finishing the quest.

In the Kuttenberg region, in the town of Kutna Hora, near the southwestern gates to the outer city, in the first house on the right, find a small homestead. Locate the bathhouse owner named Beta, and she will tell you that the bathhouse needs restoration.

The lady will ask you to go to the village of Grunta to pick up a package from a worker named Macek while she tidies up the bathhouse. Agreeing to help will start the quest.

Head to the village of Grunta. Find a driver named Macek at the local tavern.

Tell him that Beta sent you to pick up the package. The driver will explain that the package is the girls who need to be delivered to the bathhouse. However, the man fears that the locals will be against it. To dispel his fears, successfully pass a persuasion check.

Find the washers sitting at the table in the tavern's courtyard. Tell the girls it's time to head to the city.

In the company of the girls, head to the cart at the eastern exit of the village. You can sit either next to the washers or next to Macek — it doesn't matter. On the way to the city, you have the opportunity to chat with the girls. Upon arrival, tell Beta about the trip, then ask what to do next. The owner will say that it's now necessary to inform people about the upcoming opening of the bathhouse.

At this point, Adam, the owner of the city bathhouse, will approach and offer to buy the business from Beta. The woman will refuse the offer, and the competitor will leave. Then you will be asked to become a herald to announce the upcoming opening of the bathhouse to the city. Help choose slogans for the bathhouse, then head to crowded places to attract clients.

To be more convincing, dress decently. After noon, when there are the most people in the city, go to the town hall. Stand in front of the market stalls and announce the opening of the bathhouse.

Head to Market Street and stand at the crossroads near the blacksmith. Then start reciting the slogans.

Go to the fountain at the eastern gates, stand next to the winemaker, and announce the bathhouse.

Upon arriving at the horse market, stand next to the groom and announce the slogans.

Report your successes to Beta, then stay to await guests. You will then see a substantial cutscene reflecting assumptions about what happened in bathhouses during the late Middle Ages.

In the morning, a city councilor will arrive for an inspection, and you will be asked to tidy up while the owner distracts the inspector.

Act quickly — you don't have much time. Dress before cleaning up. If you step outside, the councilor will start the inspection. Your task is to carry four men to the second floor in the first room on the right.

Gather the clothes from the floor — a total of five items. Find one to the right of the stairs before descending to the bathhouse, and the rest will be scattered on the floor near the tubs.

Collect the beer mugs scattered on the floor in the dining area and downstairs in the bathhouse — a total of six pieces.

In the bathhouse, find Henry's biological traces next to the second tub on the left, which need to be cleaned up.

Councilor Ondřej Polner will enter the bathhouse as soon as you finish tidying up. Or if you take too long to clean or if you step outside.

If you managed to tidy up in time, Councilor Ondřej Polner will praise the state of the establishment, noting that rumors of disorder are merely Adam's fabrications, who wanted to buy the business. Beta will thank you and reward you with a small sum, as well as provide a permanent discount on services. If the councilor is dissatisfied, he will close the bathhouse, and the task will be considered failed.
